Gov. John Carney ordered Delaware residents to stay at home and closed nonessential businesses in the state starting Tuesday, 3/23 at 8 a.m. He has deemed all ‘metals businesses’ to be essential so HandyTube will continue to be fully staffed, producing and shipping tubing for our customers!
