The Camdel Metals division of Handy & Harman was designed specifically for the production of long seamless coiled tubing. Since beginning production in 1981, the facility has been expanded three times to increase capacity and improve overall capabilities.

Although the majority of tubing produced is 316L grade, Camdel Metals can produce many imperial and metric sizes in 304L, 321/321L, 317L, Inc625, Inc825, M400, C22, and C276 alloys. New alloys are regularly being evaluated and added to the list of coil drawing capabilities.

The long coils originally developed by Handy & Harman/Camdel Metals were destined for the oil & gas industries for control lines and chemical injection systems. The product has since been used by most major oil companies worldwide as well as many other petrochemical, pharmaceutical, heat tracing, and general instrumentation applications.

Camdel Metals produces the highest quality seamless tubing through cold drawing and solution annealing and currently offers the longest continuous length seamless coils available. In many grades, coils can be produced from 100 pound, 200 pound, or 300 pound hollows. Finished lengths vary by size.

Would you like to view copies of our brochures describing our seamless coil and straight tubing along with standard lengths and sizes?
Are you looking for the OD size and wall thickness Camdel Metals produces in seamless coil or straight length tubing to determine what is good for you? What about information on the mechanical properties of the different alloys Camdel offers?
Would you like to know how corrosion resistance plays a part in choosing an alloy? Or how heat tracing affects an alloy's tensile strength?
Is Camdel ISO certified? If so, I want to see it!
